Business Tax Returns
We prepare federal and California returns for small businesses: sole proprietors, single- and multi-member LLCs, partnerships, S corporations and C corporations. We work from your books, or help put them in order first.
What's included
- Sole proprietors (Schedule C) and single-member LLCs
- Partnerships and multi-member LLCs (Form 1065, California 565/568)
- S corporations (Form 1120-S, California 100S)
- C corporations (Form 1120, California 100)
- K-1s for owners and partners
- California's $800 annual tax (LLCs) or minimum franchise tax (corporations), and the LLC fee once California income reaches $250,000
This is for you if
- You run a restaurant, shop, service business or online store
- You formed an LLC or corporation and need its first return
- Your books and your tax return don't seem to agree
Questions
When are business returns due?
Generally, for calendar-year businesses, partnerships and S corporations file by March 15 and C corporations by April 15. Extensions are available, but tax still has to be paid on time.
